The following is a summary of a recent pickpocket incident in the Central Business District. The pickpockets were working in a group of three individuals. The first pickpocket individual entered a revolving door, ahead of a female tenant with a purse. This first pickpocket individual then held/obstructed the revolving door and pretended his hand was stuck, forcing the female tenant with the purse to be trapped in the revolver. Meanwhile, the other two pickpocket individuals were behind the tenant and reached into the revolver and took her wallet from her purse and immediately fled the area. The pickpocket individual inside then exited the building through a retailer on the first floor. The team of pickpockets was very efficient and it appeared that this scheme had been rehearsed.
