The Chicago Tribune reported that Mayor Emanuel has proposed for fine increases for protesters from a range of $25 – $500 to a range of $200 – $1,000. Along with the increase in fines, Mayor Emanuel is also proposing that parades with amplified music or sound can only occur between the hours of 8am and 10pm.
