The Titan Security Group attended today’s Chicago Public/Private Task Force Meeting on August 8, 2019. Below is a recap of what was discussed during the meeting.

- Revised training for new high-rise is underway
- Active shooter drills are on-going
- Chicago Police, 1st District
- Small protest are on-going
- Lollapalooza arrests are up slightly and medical transports are down slightly
- Chicago Police, 12th District
- Fiesta del Sol festival had multiple arrests this year due to gang conflict
- Chicago Police, 18th District
- The 2019 Air & Water Show preparations are underway
- Federal Bureau of Investigation: nothing to report
- CPIC Fusion Center: no updates
- Office of Emergency Management and Communications
- Requests notifications for any upcoming significant drills
- Preparation for upcoming events (see below)
- The CPPTF group is also working on a “exercise in a box” concept, making multiple scenarios available to member organizations.
